Disjoin is a typeface born from a conceptual exploration of punctuation as a universal element of written language. As a bilingual Korean and English speaker, I was struck by how punctuation—often overlooked—transcends linguistic differences, shaping tone and clarity across languages. This shared function inspired Disjoin: a typeface composed entirely of punctuation marks.
